Shipping Costs
For orders over €45, we offer free shipping within Germany.
If the order value is below this amount, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.99.

Delivery Time
Your order will usually be delivered within 2–3 business days from receipt of payment. In exceptional cases (e.g., around holidays), there may be occasional delays.

Tracking
Once your package is on its way, we will send you an email with your tracking number – provided you entered an email address when ordering. This allows you to track your package at any time.

We ship your order discreetly and in neutral packaging – without logos or indications of the contents.
